Pints of Authority - West Coast IPA - 6% ABV (440ml Can)

A loud, unapologetic tribute to a legendary era, dialed up to eleven.

We took the rich, caramel backbone and commanding hop profile of the original Pints of Authority and doubled the dry hop.  Bittered with Cascade and heavily dry-hopped with Amarillo and Chinook, this version delivers an absolute fistful of resinous pine and bright, pithy citrus.

Because we chose against fining this batch, it pours with a glorious hop haze, but make no mistake, it keeps that clean, crisp, and perfect hybrid balance of sweet malt and intense hop character. Unfiltered, double-hopped, and completely uncompromising: this is a absolute belter of a West Coast IPA.
